New Space Intelligence Signs Memorandum of Understanding with ONDO Space for Strategic Collaboration on Integrated Space Data and Connectivity Services in Mongolia

New Space Intelligence Inc. (Headquarters: Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Representative Director and CEO: Yumiko Nagai), which comprehensively supports everything from optimal selection to analysis and provision of satellite data, responding to diverse needs, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (this "MOU") with ONDO Space LLC (Headquarters: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, Representative CEO: Namuun Bold, hereinafter "ONDO Space"), Mongolia's first space technology venture, with the aim of building a cooperative relationship, to jointly explore integrated space data and connectivity services, and the potential for national and international projects involving both parties’ expertise.

New Space Intelligence Inc. specializes in satellite data analytics and pipeline services using multi-source imagery, including SAR and optical data. ONDO Space, on the other hand, is deploying CubeSat constellations in Low Earth Orbit and offers satellite-based IoT and communication services.

The Parties expect a growing demand for integrated satellite services in the fields of Earth observation and remote connectivity. Through this MOU, they intend to jointly explore the integrated use of space data and connectivity services, as well as the potential for national and international collaborative projects that leverage both parties’ areas of expertise. In addition, NSI aims to further enhance the utilization of satellite data by integrating ONDO Space’s data feeds into its own pipeline.
