Exhibit and Pitch Presentation at Asia's Largest Open Innovation Event, "ILS 2025"

New Space Intelligence Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce our participation as an exhibitor at the Innovation Leaders Summit 2025 (hereinafter ILS), Asia's largest open innovation event, which will be held at Toranomon Hills from Wednesday, December 3rd, to Thursday, December 4th, 2025. Furthermore, our CEO, Yumiko Nagai, has been selected to give a pitch presentation.

ILS is one of the largest open innovation festivals in Asia, launched in 2014 under the support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI). It is held with the aim of creating innovative new businesses by matching major corporations with startups.

This event will gather over 800 promising deep tech startups and cutting-edge research laboratories aiming for real-world application, all recommended by leading domestic and international venture capitalists based on their technical reliability and business potential. It is the only co-creation platform in Asia where state-of-the-art technologies such as semiconductors, decarbonization, advanced materials, robotics, and biotechnology converge. The previous summit saw 13,000 attendees involved in innovation, including major corporations, CVCs, startups, and VCs/investors.

NSI will introduce our latest technology and business strategies during the pitch session. Staff will be stationed at our booth to directly demonstrate our monitoring system and global index utilizing satellite data pipeline technology. We welcome everyone to stop by our booth.
