Notice of Investment from a Fund Managed by Iyogin Capital

New Space Intelligence Inc. (Headquarters: Ube City, Yamaguchi Prefecture; President and CEO: Yumiko Nagai; hereinafter “NSI”) is pleased to announce that it has received an investment from Iyogin Capital Co., Ltd.

Under its mission, “Making Satellite Data Accessible and Actionable,” NSI develops and provides services that integrate data from multiple satellites to support operations and decision-making for local governments and businesses. Iyogin Capital Co., Ltd., a member of the Iyogin Group, invests in and supports the growth of regional companies and startups.

Through this investment, NSI will leverage the regional network and business support expertise of Iyogin Capital and the Iyogin Group to deepen collaboration with local governments and businesses, particularly in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions. NSI will accelerate the social implementation of satellite data–based services that address challenges closely connected to local communities, including disaster prevention, infrastructure management, and agriculture.

The investment will support the enhancement of NSI’s core technologies, including satellite data pipelines, as well as service and product development, talent recruitment, and business expansion in Japan and overseas. Through these efforts, NSI remains committed to making satellite data more accessible and actionable, enabling a broader range of users to incorporate satellite-derived information into their everyday operations and decision-making.
